Copyright & Takedown Policy
Draft updated: October 14, 2026. This policy should be reviewed by qualified U.S. counsel before public launch and before relying on any statutory safe harbor.
How Runny Bunny handles third-party media
Runny Bunny is a podcast discovery and playback interface. We intend to use publisher-authorized public RSS audio enclosures, official embeddable players, and sources submitted or approved by creators, publishers, or their authorized representatives. We do not offer podcast or music downloads, intentionally bypass access controls, or intentionally replace source attribution. Content remains hosted and controlled by its source whenever technically possible.
Send a copyright notice
Email bunny@tindlo.com and include: (1) your legal name and contact details; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the exact Runny Bunny and source URL at issue; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law; (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. Incomplete notices may delay review.
Review and removal
We may promptly disable discovery or playback while reviewing a complete notice, preserve relevant records, notify the submitter or source, and forward the notice where appropriate. Removal from Runny Bunny does not remove the source from its original host. We may terminate or restrict accounts associated with repeated infringement.
Counter-notice
If your authorized content was disabled by mistake, email the same address with identification of the removed material, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the appropriate U.S. federal court jurisdiction where legally required, acceptance of service from the reporting party, and your signature. We may restore access when permitted by law and when the underlying source remains authorized.
Creator responsibility
Creators and sponsors must own or control all necessary rights to submitted audio, music, video, artwork, names, likenesses, and metadata, including synchronization, composition, master-recording, performance, publicity, and trademark permissions where applicable. A submission or payment does not transfer responsibility for clearing those rights to Runny Bunny.
