Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the Runny Bunny website, mobile applications, and related services operated by Tindlo Inc. (“Runny Bunny,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age required where you live, to create an account or use community features. If you are under the age of legal majority, a parent or legal guardian must review these Terms with you.

2. The service

Runny Bunny helps people discover, rank, save, and play English-language podcasts and podcast videos. You may browse, search, and listen without an account. Some features—including synchronized saves, hearts, comments, notifications, and other community tools—may require a verified account and may not be available in every version or region.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at bunny@tindlo.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You may delete your account through the product when available or follow our account deletion instructions.

4. Podcast and third-party content

Podcast audio, artwork, names, descriptions, video, and other publisher material are owned by their respective creators, publishers, or licensors—not by Runny Bunny. Runny Bunny provides discovery and playback tools and does not grant you ownership of third-party content. Playback may be delivered by publisher hosting services, RSS feeds, Apple catalog data, YouTube, or other third parties and is also subject to their applicable terms. Availability can change without notice.

5. Recommendations and rankings

Recommendations and rankings may use listener activity, editorial choices, content metadata, approximate regional popularity, and automated systems. They are for discovery only, may contain errors, and do not represent an endorsement or professional financial, medical, legal, or other advice. This English-only version prioritizes U.S. and Canadian shows while allowing English-language podcasts made elsewhere.

6. Approximate location

If you choose a nearby ranking, Runny Bunny may request foreground approximate location to identify content popular within about 10 miles. You can refuse this permission and continue using non-local features. Location handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. User content and community rules

If comments or other community features become available, you retain ownership of content you submit. You give Tindlo Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, and moderate Runny Bunny. You may not submit or encourage:

  • illegal content or conduct;
  • harassment, threats, hate, discrimination, or targeted abuse;
  • sexual exploitation or abuse, including any child sexual abuse or exploitation material;
  • graphic violence, non-consensual sexual content, or content that endangers minors;
  • impersonation, fraud, deceptive behavior, spam, or manipulated engagement;
  • copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights violations;
  • malware, credential theft, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to disrupt the service.

We may review, restrict, remove, or report content and suspend or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, comply with law, or preserve service integrity. Before public comments launch, Runny Bunny will provide in-product reporting and blocking controls. Until then, report concerns to bunny@tindlo.com.

8. Intellectual property reports

If you believe content accessible through Runny Bunny infringes your rights, email bunny@tindlo.com with your contact information, identification of the protected work, the content or URL at issue, a good-faith statement, and evidence that you are authorized to act. We may forward a complete report to the relevant publisher or hosting provider.

9. Acceptable use

You may not scrape the service at scale, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions, interfere with playback or security, use automated means to manipulate rankings, or use Runny Bunny in violation of law. Ordinary search indexing and accessibility tools are permitted.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We may restrict access when necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runny Bunny is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of catalog metadata or rankings, or the continued availability of third-party content. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tindlo Inc. and its directors, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited only to the extent allowed by applicable law.

13. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. State and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

14. Updates

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will post the revised date and provide additional notice when required by law. Continued use after an update becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
